Lifting/Skin Elasticity Improvement
Ultherapy lifting, what matters more than 'a few shots' is something else.

This is a photo taken with the consent of a client who actually received treatment at Ulsan Snow Clinic, captured under the same conditions without any modifications.
All skin procedures may have side effects such as inflammation, pigmentation, and redness.
Hello. This is Ulsan Snow Clinic.
“That clinic charges 700,000 won for 300 shots,
why is it more expensive here?”
“Aren't all machines basically the same?”
This is a question we hear consistently.
It's completely natural to think this way.
What you see is
the same equipment, the same number of shots, different prices
That's all there is to it.
However, there is something you are missing here.
"Then why is it that
the results are different?"

What is really important in Ultherapy is 'how the 300 shots are delivered',
but that part is not listed on the price chart.
Today, for those who are considering Ultherapy,
4 real important criteria that the price chart does not tell you
I will explain one by one.
1. It is not just a 'injecting procedure'
Ultherapy has a technology that is not found in other lifting devices.
That is DeepSEE.
It allows you to see the structure of the skin directly during the procedure.
It is a real-time ultrasound imaging function.

Depth of Tissue
Location of the SMAS Layer
Fat Thickness
Distance to Bone
By observing all of this
the practitioner can confirm in real-time whether the area being treated is the 'target point.'
This allows for immediate verification by the practitioner.
So, what becomes possible?
Avoid areas that should not be treated.
Adjust areas at risk of sagging
and accurately target areas where lifting is desired
However, this function is meaningless if it is only observed.
Ultimately, what matters is
that it is the responsibility of the ‘person’ who understands, reacts, and adjusts.
DeepSEE is not an option.
It is the most important foundation for Ultherapy to function as Ultherapy.
It is not about whether to use it or not,
How you use it determines the results.
2. Lifting is about 'where and how' rather than
'how much you injected'
"Is 300 shots enough?"
In fact, it's a somewhat frustrating question.
Ultherapy
- Three tips: 1.5mm, 3.0mm, 4.5mm
- Output intensity levels 1~4
This is equipment that is used by changing these settings.

In other words, each person
has a different depth of the SMAS layer
and a different distribution of fat layers
and different areas at risk of sagging
This means that the same 300 shots cannot have the same significance for everyone.
For example,
Face with developed cheekbones: Adjusted delicately at 3.0mm
Face with a collapsed jawline: Approached deeply at 4.5mm
Concerns about hollowing around the mouth: Shallow and gentle treatment
This depends on who makes the judgment
It could be the same 300 shots,
or it could be a 'waste of 300 shots.'

3. How to Address Both Pain and Effectiveness
“I've heard Ultherapy is painful…”
That's correct. It can be painful.
To be honest, I tend to perform Ultherapy a bit 'stronger'.
Because we need to deliver strong energy
to ensure effective lifting.
(Of course, within a safe range that does not cause burns or other side effects)
"Then it must hurt a lot..."
But the important thing is this.
If you lower the output, the energy will also decrease
And if the energy decreases, the effect will also diminish.
You probably wouldn't want that.
Of course, I'm not saying you should just endure it. ^^
You can adjust it with these methods.

I am receiving Ultherapy treatment from a fellow doctor, haha.
When performing the procedure, it's important to accurately understand the pain to adjust and use the necessary methods properly.
- Extension of anesthesia cream application time - Amount of ultrasound gel - Adherence of the tip - Understanding the structure through ultrasound imaging - Reduce intensity in sensitive areas, maintain intensity in key lifting areas |
By adjusting this way,
you can enhance the effect while reducing pain.
Ultimately, what is important is balance.
The difference ultimately comes from the skill and judgment of the practitioner.
4. No gel is applied without consideration.
Although not widely known,
the amount of gel is also an important variable in Ultherapy procedures.

If there is too little ultrasound gel
the tip does not adhere properly
leading to energy loss or an increased risk of burns.
However, if there is too much gel
a 'gel layer' forms between the skin and the tip
preventing the ultrasound from reaching the skin and causing dispersion
What are the results?
Heat remains on the surface
and instead of lifting, skin damage occurs
resulting in increased pain and decreased effectiveness

So I check the
condition of the gel with every shot
and supplement or remove it as needed
while performing the procedure.
It may seem trivial,
but I believe these details make a difference in the results.
The criteria I have mentioned so far
are the elements I consider every time
when performing Ultherapy at Ulsan Snow Clinic.
However, this article is not
to say “we are the answer.”
That is not the intention.
I wanted to help you understand
the procedure of Ultherapy a little better,
so that the treatment you receive
does not pass by as if ‘nothing happened’
and is shown transparently.

Lifting is not a procedure that ends after just one session.
What remains on the face
is not 'how many shots were given',
but whether that procedure was suitable for me.
If you are considering Ultherapy,
it is more important to focus on
whether a 'proper procedure' can be performed
I hope you can take another look.
Thank you for reading the long message.
This was Ulsan Snow Clinic.
