Lifting/Skin Elasticity Improvement
Shrink Universe, what is the truth if you didn't see results?
Hello,
This is Ulsan Snow Clinic ^^
"I received the Shrink Universe treatment..
but I don't really see much difference."
"They said 300 shots would be enough,
so why am I not seeing any changes?"
Regarding the Shrink Universe procedure,
the most curious part might be
the 'number of shots' or 'price'.

But in fact..
How you approached it
makes a significant difference in the results of the
shrink treatment.
Today, based on my actual experiences during consultations,
I would like to summarize the points that I felt,
For those who did not feel the effects,
I will outline the key aspects that are easy to overlook.
Please focus for just 3 minutes.
1. Why are the results different even with the same 300 shots?
Shrinking Universe is more sensitive to settings than you might think.
It is a procedure that is sensitive to settings.
Even a difference of just 1cm in depth
completely changes the stimulated layer.
If you go a little deeper,
it will stimulate the fat layer, not the dermis layer,
and,
then the intended tightening effect will yield
a different result ^^;

The same goes for the angle.
Even if the same energy is applied,
if the angle of the handpiece changes,
the difference in effect can be several times greater.
In addition to that, the energy intensity (J) setting,
spot spacing arrangement will also be added
which greatly increases the number of possibilities.
Ultimately, saying "I received 300 shots" is just a number.
That 300 shots
At what depth
At what angle
At what interval
affects the actual results.
Even with the same number of shots, depending on the setting,
It becomes a completely different procedure.
2. If there is a lot of fat on the face,
there are limitations to using Shrink alone
Shrink Universe uses ultrasound energy
to contract the tissue.
However, on a face with a thick fat layer,
no matter how deep the cartridge used,
there may not be as much change as expected.
The reason is simple.
This is not a procedure that reduces fat itself.

Will increasing the number of shots solve this?
No ^^;
If you just increase the shots while the fat remains the same,
the contraction may occur, but the overall volume will not change significantly.
So in such cases,
We consider other approaches first.
Inmode high-frequency lifting can
induce fat contraction,
Contouring injections and other fat reduction procedures can be combined, followed by
performing Shrink.

Shrink is not a panacea.
First, we need to check if Shrink is suitable for my facial condition.
That is the priority.
3. Why do cheek hollows occur?
"Isn't Shrink safe?"
In principle, yes.
However, problems arise when conditions are ignored.
There are specific cases that I pay close attention to.
Those who already have sunken cheeks
In a state of significant weight loss
Have thin and dry skin type
If applied uniformly with high intensity to such individuals,
not only will there be no lifting,
but the sunken areas may appear even more pronounced
This situation can occur ^^;
As contraction occurs,
the already sunken areas are pulled even tighter.

In such cases, it is better to
reduce the energy intensity,
avoid the area during the procedure, or
consider a lifting method that preserves volume instead of Shrink.
This is a much safer choice.
Not necessarily strong,
Just because you do it a lot doesn't mean it's good.
4. Ultimately, you need to spend time on design
To be honest...
Analyzing the face before the procedure,
deciding on the cartridge combination,
and planning the shot placement for each area
takes quite a bit of time ^^;
Considering the turnover,
just following the established protocol
can be much faster.
However, if you skip this process
I don't think it's possible.

Even a 1cm difference in depth changes the stimulated layer,
and just a change in angle or spacing
can significantly alter the perceived effect.
To maximize the effect,
and to avoid side effects like facial hollowness,
The process of spending time on design is essential
Rather than finishing quickly,
I believe it is important to plan properly
ㅎㅎ
Summary
Shrink Universe is definitely a good procedure for those who are well-suited for it,
as it creates natural elasticity lines.
However, if approached uniformly without criteria,
I believe reviews saying "there's no effect" are inevitable ^^;
- Energy Settings
- Selection of procedures based on the thickness of the fat layer
- An approach considering the possibility of cheek hollows
- Proper design even if it takes time
Just remembering these four points will greatly reduce the chances of regret in your choices.
Thank you for reading this long text.
